What is the ideal sherry serving temperature? Like with normal wines and Port, a change in temperature creates a big difference in the way the aromas and the flavour of your sherry is experienced.

The perfect temperature for sherry depends on how it’s been made. Never serve a sherry too warm, it will cause the alcohol to overwhelm the flavours.
